BIO: Kurt Norman
In the US Army I led armored, infantry and logistics units in combat while being promoted to the rank of CPT. After my honorable discharge, I transitioned into the private sector as an Executive Plant Manager and completed a turn around of a large under-performing industrial/manufacturing facility. I earned an Executive MBA, Law Degree and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I then started and operated my own real estate investment & development firm. Also I, provided legal and business advice to small and medium size companies. Through it all, my 20 years of supply chain and business has motivated me to utilize my unique skill set within the transportation industry.
